By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Separate proposals, statements of work, engagement letters, platform-access terms, non-disclosure agreements or other written contracts may govern paid client assignments and will prevail for those engagements where they conflict with these website Terms.
About Janadesh Labs
Janadesh Labs is an election intelligence, political research and campaign operations platform. Services may include constituency profiling, surveys and voter-mood research, ground research, command-centre operations, communication and media workflows, digital campaigns, manifesto research, booth operations and compliance support. The exact scope of any client engagement is defined in the applicable written proposal or agreement.
Permitted use
Public website material may be viewed and used for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or communication channels, impersonate another person, scrape restricted areas, copy proprietary databases without permission, or use Janadesh Labs systems for unlawful harassment, intimidation, discrimination, voter suppression, bribery, impersonation, deceptive practices or any activity prohibited by applicable election law.
Election and campaign compliance
Clients and users remain responsible for ensuring that campaign activity, advertising, communications, expenditure, permissions and election-day operations comply with applicable law and Election Commission of India directions. During an election, the Model Code of Conduct and related instructions may apply to political parties, candidates and relevant campaign content. Janadesh Labs may decline, suspend or escalate requests that appear inconsistent with applicable law, official directions or agreed compliance requirements.
Research, surveys and electoral information
Election results, turnout, elector counts, polling-station figures, constituency information, surveys, field reports and analytical material are time-bound. A figure from a stated election cycle should not be interpreted as a current live electoral roll. Survey or research findings are estimates or analytical outputs subject to their sample, methodology, fieldwork period, source quality and limitations. They do not guarantee future political outcomes.
Client information and responsibilities
Where a client supplies datasets, creative material, credentials, contact lists, documents or instructions, the client is responsible for having the authority and lawful basis to provide and use that material. Janadesh Labs may rely on client representations regarding ownership, permissions and accuracy unless otherwise agreed. Access credentials and confidential project material must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Janadesh Labs name, branding, original website design, original research presentation, templates, dashboards, methods, software elements and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Janadesh Labs. Third-party data, trademarks, publications and source material remain subject to their respective rights. Client ownership or licence rights in commissioned deliverables are governed by the applicable written engagement.
Fees, proposals and paid services
Website browsing does not itself create a paid engagement. Fees, taxes, payment schedules, deliverables, revision limits, travel, third-party costs, cancellation terms and timelines for professional services are determined by the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations for client projects may be governed by a separate agreement. Janadesh Labs expects authorised personnel to handle non-public client information on a need-to-know basis and to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the project.
Third-party services and links

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Janadesh Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website information, third-party service failure, unauthorised use of credentials, or decisions made without considering the stated limitations of research. Any contractual liability for a paid engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
Suspension and termination
Access to website or project systems may be restricted where necessary for security, non-payment, breach of contract, misuse, unlawful activity or protection of users, clients or infrastructure, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Governing framework
